Delivery

We usually send your order within 3 working days.

Returns and Refunds

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the receipt of your order. The product should be in original condition. Where possible, please use the original packaging. Customers are responsible for any postage/shipping costs on returns.

Shortages

We normally hold sufficient stock to meet orders, but sometimes shortages can occur, we will advise you of any products which are out of stock. You can if you wish wait for the item to come back into stock and as soon as it is available we will send it to you.

Payment

1. When paying by Google Checkout there is no where to put 'new customer' to claim your first order 10% discount. This has to be refunded manually and you will receive a separate email once your order has been processed.

2. When paying by Credit Card, the following card can not be accepted, Maestro Cards which have 18 numbers and an Issue number. If these are the only forms of payment, please call Julie direct  on 01403 754633 and she can take the payment over the phone.

3. All payments are taken in GPB £ pounds.  When ordering from other countries your card companies will exchange to your currency when you receive your statements.
