Delivery

We usually send your order within 3 working days.

Returns and Refunds

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the receipt of your order. The product should be in original condition. Where possible, please use the original packaging. Customers are responsible for any postage/shipping costs on returns.

Shortages

We normally hold sufficient stock to meet orders, but sometimes shortages can occur, we will advise you of any products which are out of stock. You can if you wish wait for the item to come back into stock and as soon as it is available we will send it to you.

Orders under £30.00 - £1.99 plus VAT (£2.39)
Orders £30 plus VAT (36.00) and over - FREE

We do offer an Express Next Day Delivery before 1pm (for deliveries Monday to Friday)
PLEASE NOTE THE ORDERS NEED TO BE PLACED BEFORE 12PM for this service.

Express Next Day - £6.25 plus VAT (£7.50)

Economy Europe - £3.50 plus VAT (£4.20)  

Priority Europe - £48.00 plus VAT (£57.60)  Shipped by Parcel Force

Economy Worldwide - £4.90

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail unless stated otherwise.

Payment

1. When paying by Credit Card, the following cards can not be accepted Maestro Cards which have 18 numbers and an Issue number. If these are the only forms of payment, please call Julie direct on 01403 598014 and she can take the payment over the phone. American Express cards are only accepted through PayPal.

2. All payments are taken in GPB £ pounds.  When ordering from other countries your card companies will exchange to your currency when you receive your statements.
